1. One site or many? Yes, it is more like a question than a rule, but there is some good logic that goes with this.

2. Look who is already talking. Great advice.

3. Prepare site completely before you promote it. Unfortunately, this is a very common problem.

4. Invite supporters to be first friends. Great way to build your social media and networks.

5. Post most viral content. Always give good information!

6. Test the waters first. Find out what it is like before you dive in.

7. Direct social circle to your website. ‘Nuff said.
